Getting „have todo’s“ done – music, gadgets and travelling

I started this morning to get two targets done on my list. The KL Twin Towers

and the KL TV Tower.

Both are in a distance around 3 km from my Hotel.

I wanted to taste a little from the city flair so i decided again to do all this by walking like last night (which was not the best idea with temperatures around 30 degrees celsius and a humidity around 400% 😉 )

My first direction pointed to the Twin Tower buildings.

After walking for 30 Minutes I reached the entrance to the mall in the Basement. Today is Monday and on Monday there are no tours to the observation deck. Bad luck… So maybe I will try this tomorrow again.

I further found out that there is a park next to the buildings. So let’s go to fly the Django…

So it is a thing of definition. I decided that my remote controlled multirotor is no kite. And started to set it up. The view to the Towers was so graceful and it would be hard to miss that.

After flying for 10 minutes I wanted to change my position to get the view from different angles. This was a bad idea because two security guards hanging around in the park saw the Django starting. They blowed into their wistles as i realized that is for me. My luck was i was o the other side of the small lake in thw park and these guys where so lazy to walk around which I can understand at these climate conditions. I srtated an emergency landing and took it into my backpack and escaped.

Well, what’s next the KL TV Tower.

While walking the google maps had a hangover. Maybe it was caused through the heat or the surroundig buildings which covered the gps signals. So I had a few situations where my gps poaition was not correct. It will be hard to find the right way when it is not clear where your position is actually. In the end I get it done and head forward to go to a hill on which the tower is built.

Entrance fee depends on which ticket you want. So i decided to visit the blue coral aquarium next to the tower. After this I have 15minutes in the second level where the restaurant is before heading to the observation deck. There was an option for the open roof deck but this was too expensive only to get a few meters higher and getting rid of the windows. Let’s start
