My lenovo miix and WoT (World of Tanks)

I tested today a little bit around the performance of this tiny thing with the quadcore Atom CPU.

In the past i tried to get this WoT game working. So i found out that it needs so much power and good quality units to go…

But my Lenovo was good prepared for this. I tried in 1280×800 resolution and could go for optimized settings in the game without performance issues. I am surprised about this and will go on with testings.

the biggest problem is the only micro usb connection. So the power of the battery run low after a few hours of gaming.

i have to prepare for this and will get a USB OTG with charging capability soon.

Lenovo Miix 2 and Miracast again

I resetted my miix today so i was able to figure out if the miracast has really differences in function without all the updates. O can confirm it is like that. With stock OS thwre is duplicate screen working. What i found out is that with stock OS it is in portrait mode and shows the screen in landscape so half of the screen is used on the lenovo and full screen on the miracast device which is not optimal. I decided right now to install all updates from microsoft again an stay with the fucked options which only can access extended screen. This is really poor so o have to wait for optimized drivers from lenovo.
