This happens short before christmas on airports here… horrible

We struggled a little this morning because we had few beers yesterday and did not get it managed to exchange all the neccesary stuff. But all in all I feel well prepared for the things which will happen the next 5 weeks. We don’t have hotels right now so the next 10 days some preparations have to follow. Right now I am in the ICE train to Frankfurt Airport.

My first flight will be the longest of this trip around the world with a duration of 12:30h. After there will be 2 more flights in a row until I reach my first destination General Santos City.

While preparing all the stuff for making a turn around the world I had to get a power source to get energy to all my devices. So the first powerbank I ordered was not available for the last 2 weeks. The time is running down to the take off so I decided yesterday to get another model of a 20000mAh power bank. This thing is a beast 539gr heavy but really slim and comfortable to carry in a backpack. With this beast there is no device getting low power anymore. A digital display shows you the percentage of the remaining energy.
flight roulette started
Yesterday I got an email from one of the flight agencies that the flight from Port Vila to Nadi is canceled and the date changes to one day later. I am not happy with this because with this change we have 7 days in Vanuatu and only 2 complete days in Fiji… I called them and told them that I would like to change forward maybe to the 10th or eleventh of january. I still hope that they will get this…
