There are two different kinds of graveyards available in the Philippines. The private ones where you can buy a space like in germany where to bring the coffin under the ground. And there is this one like in the photo for these people and families who do not have the money to buy a place.

Here is another sweet desert called mango float. It is made of mango, biscuits, cream and sweet milk. After preparing is finished it has to be frozen. It is served cold like icecream.

Here is one really delicious food. It is served as desert or sweetie. It is a really good and sweet salad made of coconut. The coconut meat or pulp is shredded and mixed with a fruit cocktail, sweet milk, cream and cheese. It is something i want to lay in because it tastes so good.

Here is another excursion for exotic food you can get in the Philippines it is called Adidas barbecue. It is a chicken foot. The nails are already cut off and it will be marinaded and grilled. There is not much meat on it. So i would call it much more a snack or fingerfood. You have to bite the parts off and clean the bones.

There are different kinds of christmas celebrations in the world. Here in the Philippine islands Christmas starts at midnight from 24. to 25. December. The whole day of 24. December the people preparing everything for the most important event of the year. In my special case there is a big pot of Spaghetti Bolognese in pinoy style. Further there will be served some of the best parts of tuna meat, salad, rice and special kind of cakes.

The religious people will go on the evening to a church or chapel for having a mass. After the real party starts with exchanging presents having food with the whole family members and much alcoholic drinks…

I am excited what will happen. Even christmas trees belong to this celebration like you can see in the following photo.

At midnight there are everywhere fireworks like most people know from new years eve.
